Tissue paper flowers are a great and versatile decoration. 

Here we’ve used them as a gift topper but the possibilities are endless. Some other great decorations are stringing them together and threading a fine wire fairy light through them to create a lighting feature. You can also hang them off string at different lengths from the roof to create a feature over the bed, desk or a window.
