    product great - 'express' shipping not so great

    Paid $14 for 'express' shipping and it took over a week to get here - and came >5pm on Friday - almost didn't have it in time for my event. Would greatly improve your business if shipment was quicker. Otherwise great!

    Hi Katherine, we've just checked your order and you chose standard Toll Ipec Road freight, not the express shipping method which would have been very expensive (as it would have been placed on a plane), this would be why it took a while from Melbourne to South Perth.
