    Our 4x6 Direct Thermal Shipping Labels (100mm x 150mm) are supplied in a 4000 label continuous fan-fold stack, designed specifically for high-volume warehouse and ecommerce dispatch operations.

    Unlike traditional roll labels, these fan-fold labels feed flat and print flat — eliminating curl and roll memory. Once printed, labels can stack neatly on top of each other, making batch handling significantly easier.

    Because the labels are supplied flat, there is no curl from a roll core. This makes it easier to print large batches — for example, printing 100 labels at once and allowing them to stack neatly together rather than forming a loose coil.

    Many suppliers bundle smaller stacks to reach 4000 labels. Our version is supplied as one continuous stack for smoother feeding and uninterrupted printing.
