How to Track Your Delivery

  • We always email our customers their tracking link and/or tracking numbers on the date that we dispatch the order. Please check your junk/spam folder. You can also log into My Account to find your order tracking information, or retrieve it using the Track Order Tool
  • Simply click your tracking link to view your updated parcel location (May take up to 24 hours to activate from dispatch date)
  • Some tracking numbers won't be a clickable link, you may need to copy and paste the number onto an external website as outlined in the courier contact information below
  • Large orders may be sent as multiple cartons, but they are always dispatched at the same time. They may be delivered at different day/times due to being separated during transit. Your tracking page will show each individual parcel tracking or we would have provided separate tracking links in your dispatch notification email
  • Australia Post are no longer leaving a card when attempted delivery has occurred, instead you will need to utilise the MyPost app to track your delivery status and updates for which LPO your parcel has been delivered to for collection

What if your parcel is delayed?

Please contact the delivery provider directly as unfortunately we do not have information about the causes of network delays for each customer’s individual parcels. You will receive a faster response if you are able to contact the courier directly at the above contact details.

When should you reach out to us?

If you received a dispatch notification that does not correlate to any of the above shipping companies please Contact Us so we can help provide you the right shipping information. If your parcel is delayed and the courier has completed a parcel investigation (may take several days depending on the carrier and time of year) you may forward the enquiry outcome to our customer service team at shop@giftpackaging.com.au for further rectification. If your parcel shows no evidence of being picked up by the courier at all please reach out to us if it has been 1 week since the dispatch date.
