We now import our clear packaging tape direct, and the difference in price is significant. What’s changed?

Same clear 48mm x 75m tape, 45 micron acrylic adhesive, 3” core — now imported direct. We’ve added a 6-roll pack, a carton of 36, and a carton of 72, with per-roll pricing that competes with the sharpest prices available in Australia.

The Tape

48mm x 75m clear packaging tape is the most widely used tape size in Australia. It’s the standard width for sealing cardboard cartons, mailing boxes, poly mailers, and gift hamper boxes. The 3” core fits every standard handheld tape dispenser on the market.

Our tape uses a clear acrylic adhesive at 45 micron thickness — the most common spec across the industry. It bonds firmly to cardboard and paper, doesn’t lift or split under normal handling, and stays clear without yellowing.

Why Direct Import?

Packaging tape is a commodity. The product is essentially the same across most suppliers at this spec — 48mm, 75m, 45 micron, acrylic adhesive. What varies is the margin being taken along the supply chain. By importing direct, we remove that layer and pass the saving on.
