    Custom printed & personalised 38 x 64mm oval labels, printed with your design on our 80gsm warm-white gloss A4 self-adhesive sticker sheets. Perfect for product labelling, jars & bottles, gift wrapping, packaging, invitations, mail and much more!

    Minimum order is 80 labels (5 sheets), ordered in lots of 16 (one sheet). The more sheets you order, the lower the price per label.

    • Full colour CMYK print – sharp, hard-wearing finish
    • Permanent adhesive, kiss-cut and supplied on A4 sheets for easy peeling

    • Budget labels – for best results, avoid designs with a border hard against the edge, as slight cut variation can show

    White Gloss Finish:
    Printed on our warm-white gloss label stock. Printed areas have a natural satin sheen, while unprinted white areas stay glossy. The print is hard-wearing and won’t smudge, but as unlaminated paper labels they’re best kept for indoor, dry use. Our gloss stock is a warm white (not a bright, pure white) and the shade may vary slightly between batches.

    How To Supply Your Artwork:
    After ordering, reply to your order confirmation or email shop@giftpackaging.com.au with your artwork. We’ll send a digital proof for your approval – nothing goes to production until you’re happy.

    Please supply print-ready artwork at 41 x 67mm (includes 1.5mm bleed), keeping all text and important elements inside the 34 x 60mm safe area. Vector or 300ppi preferred. We’re happy to help with minor adjustments; complex editing or redraws may incur an artwork fee.

    How many 38 x 64mm oval labels fit on an A4 sheet?

    Each A4 sheet holds 16 38 x 64mm oval labels. The minimum order is 5 sheets (80 labels), and you can add more in lots of 16 – one full sheet at a time.

    What size should my artwork be for 38 x 64mm oval labels?

    Set your artwork up at 41 x 67mm, which includes 1.5mm bleed on each side. Keep text and logos inside the 34 x 60mm safe area so nothing is trimmed. A print-ready PDF (vector or 300ppi) gives the best result.

    Does the price per label drop if I order more?

    Yes. The price per label steps down at 160 labels (10 sheets), 320 labels (20 sheets), 640 labels (40 sheets), 1,280 labels (80 sheets), 1,600 labels (100 sheets). Because pricing is based on full sheets, ordering whole sheets always gives you the best value.

    Can I have different designs on the same sheet?

    Yes. Each sheet is one label size and one paper, but you can mix designs across the sheet. Supply a print-ready file laid out to our template, or we can lay it out for you for a small artwork fee.

    Are these labels waterproof?

    No. They are unlaminated paper labels with a hard-wearing toner print that won’t smudge, but they are best suited to dry, indoor use. Contact us if you need a water-resistant label.

    How are the labels supplied?

    Labels are kiss-cut on A4 sheets with the surrounding waste left in place, which keeps the labels flat and protected – simply peel each label off the sheet as you need it.

    How long does production take?

    Production is approximately 2–5 business days from proof approval, plus delivery time. Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

    Is the white gloss label a bright white?

    It is a warm white gloss stock rather than a bright, pure white. Printed areas have a satin sheen and unprinted areas stay glossy. If you want a natural look, try our kraft brown labels.

Products with a metallic ink print finish can have a stronger solvent smell than other coloured products and product finishes.
