    Should have checked the GSM

    Super fast and professional delivery via TNT. The product were packaged well and as per the description. I personally made a mistake to not double check the GSM and just went on by the measurements. The bags are quite thin and not suitable for carrying candle boxes, diffusers, large bottles etc... which is what our company sells. This bag is suitable for light items such as clothing.

    Thanks for the feedback, these aren't suitable for carrying very heavy gifts. We would recommend our glossy or matt laminated bags, which have rope handles and top/bottom reinforcement cards. We are also looking at a premium/thicker black kraft/art paper gift bag for heavier items very soon and these will be perfect for your items. Hang Tight and look out for our newsletter for when these have been added. We do have our Premium Brown kraft bags, with black grosgrain rope handles; these have top and bottom reinforcement cards.
