Delivery - Time frame - Notices

Order processing time is 1-2 business days. 

First Day back today, we will be catching up on orders placed during our Christmas break.  There will be a few days catch up with a backlog of orders. If you need an order dispatched quickly, please choose the express post option at the checkout (these orders will be priortised and dispatched same day, if ordered before 12pm AEDT).

Please also be aware the current bushfires may delay postage timeframe to surrounding areas, many road blocks and detours will also impact areas outside bushfire zones.

If you need your order urgently, please choose the EXPRESS delivery option, order will be dispatched the same day,  however order must be placed before 12pm Melbourne Time AEDT.

At this time of year, expect delivery from freight companies to be longer, so make sure you place orders at your earliest convenience and be aware of the extra delays that could take place.
